Eryone Thinker and Klipper update Sep 2021

Quick update and video showing Eryone Thinker SE printing using Klipper Firmware.  New hot-end and some other updates. Still need to mount upgraded extruder (Titan-style) and do input shaping calibration using an accelerometer.
