Components:

Arduino Uno Board
1-digit 7-Segment Display (Common Cathode): Make sure it's a common cathode display. You can find the pinout for your specific display in its datasheet.
Resistors (220-470 ohms): One resistor for each segment (A-G) of the 7-segment display. If you have a common resistor for all segments, you only need one resistor.
Jumper Wires: For connecting the components on the breadboard.

Wiring:
Connect the 7-Segment Display to Arduino:

Connect the common cathode of the 7-segment display to the GND (ground) on the Arduino.
Connect each segment (A-G) to a digital pin on the Arduino (pins 2 through 8). Use resistors in series with each segment to limit the current.
Connect a Resistor to Each Segment (Optional):

Connect a current-limiting resistor (220-470 ohms) from each segment pin (A-G) of the 7-segment display to the corresponding digital pins on the Arduino (pins 2-8).
Connect the Digit Pin of the 7-Segment Display:

Connect the digit pin of the 7-segment display to a digital pin on the Arduino (e.g., pin 9)
