Mini-split Deep cleaning

I arrived with a technician at a customer’s house.
The customer’s complaint is:
• The air conditioner does not cool enough
• Uneven air flow
• The air conditioner is noisy
The technician saw that the blower was dirty and determined that the unit needed to be cleaned internally.
1. Turn off the breaker and/or disconnect the power supply plug.
2. Remove the two SCREW CAP
3. Remove the 2 screws which fix the panel assembly
4. Remove the upper and lower vane
5. Remove the panel assembly. Be sure to remove its bottom first
6. Open the NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, the tray may have water in it!!!
7. Remove 3 screws of the box assembly
8. Remove the screw that holds the blower wheel
9. Remove the bearing and the blower wheel
10. Wash the blower wheel with water
11. Wipe the air outlet with a soft dry cloth
12. Clean the drain pan
13. Clean the indoor heat exchanger
14. Insert the bearing on the left side
15. Return the blower wheel
16. Return the blower wheel screw
17. Manual rotation to see that nothing is knocking here
18. Return the drain pan and the panel assembly
19. Return the upper and lower vane
