Here's a 2 group workout I like to use with my clients, they find it super challenging on their muscles and cardio. One station is a Cardio line the moves across the gym the other group in doing core drills on a mat with weights. You can put any drills on the stationary side, with or without a mat. Really any equipment you want or if it be legs, arms ..etc. Just really make sure to PUSH them, every rep counts, get on them to kill that cardio out going fast and hard. Get creative with this drill, it's a great way to train a huge group of people in doors. They were beat after, some said one of the hardest workouts ever!
