U.S. tankers are currently on deployment in Romania as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. Their vehicle, their home away from home is the M1 Abrams.

The tank’s main 120-millimetre gun can reach 4,000 metres. It can take four crew members and travel at 35 miles an hour.

The US 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team is on deployment in Romania and other Eastern European countries to support security and stability.
