Seiryu - Japanese maple tree, container grown vs garden grown

In this Video, I give you a comparison of container growing vs garden growing. The pair of trees we use are the acer palmatum "Seiryu". Both trees are now 42 years old.
The Seiryu is one of my personal favorites in landscape applications.
