FACTORY COLD RESET HP LASERJET MFP M477. Error 79 reboots on its own

Turn the printer ON when the HP logo appears on the screen press and hold the lower right corner on the touchscreen. Keep pressing until you get a permanent storage message on the screen.

2.  Unplug network cord and reboot the device.  Now the printer should not reboot on its own. plug in a USB caable and install the printer on your PC.  Download latest firmware from HP and open the firmware  app on your PC.. From the drop down select  the newly installed USB printer and hit Send.  Once complete the printer will reboot.  Plug  back in your erhernet cord and reconfigure your settings.
