Al-Qadier:
a kilo and a half of apples

First, we choose apples with a color between yellow and green, then we wash them, peel them and cut them, provided that the pieces are not thin.
Then mix them with water and acid so that they don't change color after peeling until we finish the whole quantity. Then we half it with water and dry it and soak it with sugar and lemon salt and leave it for six hours. Eidan cinnamon and any color that appears on the face, let's get rid of it.
