Today’s recipe is easy and crunchy instant dosa. This is instant dosa because you don’t have to soak dal, rice and ferment the dosa batter. If you decide to make dosa then you need planning. But with today’s recipe, you can make dosa whenever you want. It turns out nice and crunchy. It gets nice golden color. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make this dosa with very few basic ingredients those are readily available in your kitchen. We already have seen lot many dosa recipes. This is yet another instant addition to the list. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rice
• 1/4 cup Urad dal
• 1/2 cup Poha / Flattened Rice
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Lemon juice
• Water as needed
• 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
• A little Water
• Oil

Method:
• Nix rice, urad dal and poha well together and wash it 3-4 times well with water. No need to soak
 it.
• Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend it dry together.
• After blending it a little, add eater and blend it together into batter. The batter should have pouring
 consistency.
• When the mixture is almost blended add salt, sugar and lemon juice and blend it well once.
• You can use 1/2 cup curd in place of lemon juice.
• Transfer the batter into a bowl and rest it for just 15 minutes.
• Add water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
• Add Eno fruit salt and water to activate it and mix in quickly. Dosa batter is ready.
• You can use 1 tsp baking powder in place of Eno fruit salt.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread oil.
• Wipe the oil with tissue paper. Add a ladleful batter at the center of the pan and spread it evenly.
• Remove the excess batter with another ladle and make it smooth and even.
• Cover and roast the dosa well from all sides.
• When lower side is roasted well, turn off the gas and take the dosa off on a wire rack. Instant
 dosa is ready.
• Serve it with sambar and chutney.
