Homemade Keema Naan is the perfect combination of deliciously spiced minced lamb (lamb keema) and a soft & fluffy naan dough. They are a great accompaniment to Indian curries, as well as dips and soups. You can serve them for dinner and the leftovers are great for packed lunches or picnics.
Keema Naan is Perfect for Parties, Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, and much more.

Ingredients for the Naan Dough:
500g plain flour
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup yoghurt (I used greek)
1 teaspoon of nigella seeds (kalonji)
1/2 teaspoon of salt & baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
200ml approx luke warm water
Ingredients for the Keema Mince:
500g Lamb mince with approx 20% fat
1 teaspoon of:
salt
deghi mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder)
garam masala
coarsely ground cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon of regular chilli powder & turmeric
3 garlic cloves minced
1 green chilli finely diced
salted butter & fresh coriander to garnish
