A C&A merchant's feedback: "I love the video! Only alcoholics and comptrollers care about percentages not German retailers! The Tuotten from Mettingen already knew that! Was do BCP%s have to do with Fund (Margin $) itself?"

Aldi, C&A, IKEA, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Costco and other great retailers compare cash flow instead of comparing gross margin %s when merchandising. According to retail theory this is incorrect. The exception is what Germans call "Deckungsbeitrag und Opportunititaetskosten".
