COED stunting success is usually controlled by how high the toss is. Higher level skills need higher tosses.
When a toss isn't quite getting to the top, we often blame the guy, but our top girls have a huge role in how high the stunt can go.
Typically, we focus on the flyer exploding to the top with her jump, but the arms are a more common issue. By using these easy cheer strength and conditioning drills, we can IMMEDIATELY see improvement with toss height with minimal effort.
