Rickey Smiley, Da Brat, Gary With the Tea...almost get FIRED on Air!

Popular radio host, Rickey Smiley, stirred up quite bit of commotion during the airing of his radio sow (Rickey Smiley Morning Show). He and his other co-hosts (Da Brat, Headcrack, Gary with the Tea, Ms. Juicy, etc.) got in trouble because Rickey poked fun at a coworker's shoes. Rickey told his employee (Beyonce) to take a picture of his shoes. Another coworker posted the picture of his shoes on social media to get laughs, but it backfired. The employee (with shoes) was upset and he complained to the people in the Human Resources department. Because of this, Rickey and his radio co-hosts were reprimanded on air....quite embarrassing.
