INGREDIENTS
2 glasses of flour ( 240 g )
1 cup of starch (110 g)
1 pinch of salt
2 glasses of cold water (400 ml)
4 tablespoons of olive oil ( 30 g )
Ingredients for Kadaif Wrap
1 cup walnuts
100 g melted butter
Half a tea glass of oil (70 ml)
For sherbet:
2 cups of granulated sugar (360 g)
2 and a half glasses of water ( 500 ml )
1 teaspoon of lemon juice ( 7 g )
