How fools are fooling you with meditation, yoga, chakras, kundalini, conscious/subconscious mind??

We only start practicing such activities because the image of perfect us in our mind is not completed and now we have found some new thoughts such as emotions in our mind. These emotions create a lot of noise/confusion in our mind. We can't bear it no more. We start looking around, asking people to help us. Then we simply start following other people's advices without even looking into it.
Do we really understand how we work? Do we really want to help ourselves? Answer is no. Because if you did, you won't be asking for any help.
Meditation is no help, it is you, your mind. Silence is meditation, not focusing or concentrating for hours. Your focus led by your thought is just an another thought. Your body is one, your mind is part of that one. Stop chopping yourself into pieces.
