Dusky Leaf Monkey (Trachypithecus obscurus)

Dusky Leaf Monkeys are found in Peninsular Malaysia till as far north as Myanmar.

This benign primate is generally non-aggresive and tends to retreat if we get to close. Unfortunately due to habitat loss and poaching, populations of Dusky Leaf Monkeys are declining and they are currently assessed as Endangered by the IUCN Conservation Status
