Welcome back to "Startup Essentials." I'm Jason Kraus, and today we're focusing on developing your product. This phase is where your ideas become reality. We’ll explore how to create a Minimum Viable Product, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve your offering. The first step is creating a Minimum Viable Product, or MVP. An MVP is a simplified version of your product that allows you to test key features and validate your concept with minimal resources.

Your MVP should include only the core features necessary to solve the problem you're addressing. It’s not about perfection; it’s about getting something into the hands of users quickly.

Once you have your MVP, it’s time to gather user feedback. This involves observing how users interact with your product, conducting surveys, and holding focus groups.

Collecting feedback helps you understand what works and what doesn’t. It provides valuable insights into user needs and preferences, guiding your next steps.

Use the feedback to iterate on your product. Iteration is the process of making improvements based on user feedback. It’s a cycle of testing, learning, and refining.

A product roadmap can help you plan the development and iterations of your product. It outlines the features and improvements you’ll work on over time.

Developing your product is an ongoing process of creation, feedback, and refinement. Stay focused on solving user problems and continually improving your offering. In the next session, we'll explore team building and leadership. Until then, keep building!
