The Fault
It is very common for the EGR valves on BMW diesel engines to become blocked with carbon deposits. This reduces both vehicle fuel efficiency and performance.
Carbon rich recirculated exhaust gasses enter the intake manifold, over time Carbon / Coke deposits gather in the EGR valve and can interfere with the operation of the EGR valve flap and can block air flow. Resulting in reduced fuel economy and vehicle performance. Common symptoms of failure include; rough engine running, decreased throttle response and loss of power / torque.
The Solution
Install our complete Stainless Steel Mirror Polished EGR blank; eliminate Carbon / Coke build up and improve vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.
Our complete Stainless Steel EGR blank removes the moving parts within the EGR valve which gather deposits reducing the risk of future build ups; increasing air flow and improving vehicle performance and fuel efficiency. Often increasing MPG, improving engine running, throttle response, power and torque.
Precision machined completely from Stainless Steel unlike many others, all parts MIRROR polished including welds for a great look. Supplied with complete fittings including the correct heat resistant gasket.
