The Clipper Ship, City of
The Clipper Ship, City of Adelaide was built in 1864 and is Heritage Listed.
The ship took 23 return voyages between London and Adelaide.
It arrived in it's current location in 2018, from nearby in Port Adelaide.
This video shows it being moved from the Bradley barge to Dock 2 in Port Adelaide.
It took two years to prepare for the move, with a cost of around 13 million dollars.
The ship's piper has been the ship's piper for the last ten years. He's followed it's journey from Scotland to its current location.
Well done to the many people involved to make the move happen!
Because it looks a bit like Noah's Ark, I was half expecting them to bring a couple of giraffe's out at the end.
