Make your dinner rolls better!
This spinach ricotta twisted dinner rolls add extra flavours and colour to your ordinary bread rolls, which make them super convenient as they can also be eaten on its own!
The process is fairly simple, you make the bread first, then make the spinach ricotta filling while the bread is resting, then combine them together in a twisted bread roll shape. It might come across a little messy but you shall be rewarded with the tasty soft golden buns at the end.

Ingredients:
Buns
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- Salt
Filling
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup spinach finely chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Egg Wash
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp water
