Richard Rawlings from the Gas Monkey Garage went to SEMA 2023 with two builds, likely to get him into trouble with both Ferrari and Tesla! HotCars met up with Richard Rawlings at SEMA 2023 and the car star was generous enough to talk about the current EV craze, as he says "the computer is new screwdriver". Rawlings also discussed his two Ferrari builds for SEMA 2023, the Ferrari “Testa” EV and the GasMonkey Ferrari 812 Scaglietti.
