Disco Dance Fitness Chair Party is a 20 minute seated dance to old school disco club, with disco ball, fog and music.  Do old school moves such as the MC Hammer, seated line dance and more.  You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.  This is great for baby boomers, seniors and anyone else who remembers the disco era.
