Guava Pulp

Ingredients:
Guava: 500 gm
Sugar: 300 gm
Red Food Colour: 1-2 drops (optional)
Black Pepper Powder: ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice: 4-5 tsp
Salt: as per taste

Method:
1. In a pan add sugar and water. Mix it well and boil it on  medium flame for 7-8 minutes until the sugar syrup becomes sticky.
2. But make sure that sugar syrup should not be 1 string.
3. Now cut the guava into a medium pieces and transfer into a mixture jar. Grind into a fine paste.
4. Keep a colander over the bowl and add the pulp in it. Then with the help of wishker rub it. so that pulp pass it through a colander and remove the seeds.
5. After that add sugar syrup, lemon juice and just few drops of red food colour in the guava pulp and mix it well with the help of wishker or blender. Then transfer it into the tin and keep that tin in the freezer to store the pupl.
6. To make guava juice add water into the glass and add guava pulp. After that add black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well with the wishker or blender. Then add some ice cubes in it. Serve into a glass. Here your guava juice is ready.
