8 shrimp tempura (Premade or Homemade - Recipe: bit.ly/ShrimpTempura)
1 Japanese cucumber
2 avocados
2 nori sheets, cut in half crosswise
About 2 cups prepared sushi rice (Recipe: bit.ly/SushiRiceRecipe)
⅛ cup (20 oz) Tobiko
For toppings
Spicy Mayo (Recipe: bit.ly/SpicyMayoRecipe)
Unagi Sauce (Recipe: bit.ly/UnagiSauce)
Black sesame seeds
Vinegar water for dipping hands (Tezu)
¼ cup water
2 tsp. rice vinegar
Equipment you will need
Bamboo sushi mat
Plastic wrap
Sharp knife

★ CHAPTERS ★
0:00 - Bake shrimp tempura
0:13 - Thinly slide Japanese cucumber
0:40 - Flip the shrimp tempura in the oven
0:53 - Pit, peel, and slice avocado
1:41 - Make spicy mayonnaise
1:56 - Remove shrimp tempura from oven
2:03 - Prepare the dragon roll
2:58 - Add sliced avocado and cut
4:03 - Top with spicy mayo and and unagi sauce
