Hi guys! In today's video, the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X competes against the new AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT. In Geekbench we want to find out which of the two CPUs has more performance.
We averaged a randomized sample of 10 measurements for each of the tested CPUs. We used the categories for single-core processing power and multi-core processing power to compare these two CPUs.
The following tests have been used:

- Text Compression
- Image Compression
- Navigation
- HTML5
- SQLite
- PDF Rendering
- Text Rendering
- Clang
- Camera
- N-Body Physics
- Rigid Body Physics
- Gaussian Blur
- Face Detection
- Horizon Detection
- Image Inpainting
- HDR
- Ray Tracing
- Structure from Motion
- Speech Recognition
- Machine Learning
Of course, more cores always have an advantage if the applications support it. But it is also interesting to see how well the Ryzen 9 3900 XT performs against the much more expensive AMD R9 3950X.
