We're back in the kitchen today making this delicious Macaroni & Cheese Meatloaf Casserole! It's also known as Pastitsio which is a Greek Lasagna. It's the best of BOTH worlds!!! Watch & Enjoy!💚

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

I baked my meatloaf part of the casserole in a 350 degrees preheated oven for about an hour. Next I added the casserole back to the oven after topping it with macaroni and cheese and baked a few minutes until the cheese melted and it was my desired brownness. [Baking time may vary depending on your oven.]
INGREDIENTS I USED:
[Use a casserole dish LARGER than a 9 x 13 if you use 3 cups of noodles.]
3 C Elbows Macaroni Noodles
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 C Ketchup
1 C Hickory and Brown Sugar Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
1 10.5 Can Cheddar Cheese
2 Oz. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Large Eggs
2 C Milk
30 Ritz Crackers
4 C Cheese Blends of your choice
Sweet Red Peppers
Onion
Salt
Peper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
