This is part of the content that Alex and I taught at the Porto AcroYoga Class (PAC) 01 in January 2024.

We briefly demonstrated Barrel Roll to incorporate the Inside Star to Inside Star pop that we covered in the class (in addition to other pops).

Alex and I will be teaching machines and machines with pops in the @north_acro_fest North Acro Fest!
