The Best Strawberry Pie You Will EVER make! This is a 10 out of 10 and My BEST SELLING PIE

I normally am not a 10 out of 10 scorer for my recipes..however THIS pie is amazing. This strawberry pie is loaded with fresh strawberries and simple ingredients. I use a rolled pie crust from Aldi that I baked before starting the pie. 1 9 inch baked pie shell ( I use Aldi rolled pie crust) 3/4 cup of water 4 cups (2 pints) of strawberries, washed and tops cut off 3 TBPS of Corn Starch 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp of lemon juice Whipping cream for the top if you would like. Line baked cooled pie shell with 3 cups of berries, reserving one cup for the glaze. Simmer the 1 cup of berries and the water in a sauce pan 3-4 minutes, remove the strawberries. Combine corn starch and sugar . Cook the juice with the corn starch and sugar mixture until syrup is thick and clear, stirring constantly. Add the lemon juice. Cool slightly. Pour over berries in pie shell. Chill throughly. Top with sweetened whipped cream or use the spray can:) Make sure to store in the refrigerator if you have any left!
