While this answer can be different for everyone the short easy answer is yes, so long as you utilize all their different resources.
As a fulltime web developer and software engineer, I am going to give you practical steps to take you to get hired as a developer after freecodecamp

I’d also like to add the freeCodeCamp does not guarantee anyone employment from completing their online course, however, your hard work, dedication, and commitment almost certainly do.

List of things to put on your portfolio site I mentioned:

❏ Projects (ideally deployed) with documented source code (Github)
❏ Downloadable resume (or link to google doc of your resume)
❏ Relevant social media profiles: LinkedIn, Twitter, IG,
❏ Easy-to-find contact information
❏ Custom web url
❏ Responsive design (Think mobile 1st)
