This is the Aussie Vocal Coach Strength and Endurance Vocal Workout for Low Voices.  The 4 singing exercises in this workout require you to sing in a repeating range.  This repetition will get your voice muscles engaged in a battle between strength and relaxation.  Most of the notes in the workout will fall in your mixed voice range.  The exercises will also help to develop your vocal agility, vocal power and help to increase your vocal range.  The range of this workout is G2 to E4 suitable for Bass and Baritone voice types.
