The World's tallest building, Burj Khalifa height is 828 meters, which is twice the height of the Empire State Building and almost three times the height of the Eiffel Tower.
The design shape of this world's tallest building is from a local dessert flower Hymenocallis known as Spider Lily that inspired architect Adrian Smith's vision of the iconic tower. Spider Lily flower is widely cultivated in Dubai and all over the Gulf Countries. Burj Khalifa has an elegant design. As the tower increases in height, the 'wings' or 'petals' of the flower re-configure the shape of the building.
The tallest free-standing structure is constructed in the sand. The process of constructing this building took around only 6 years….began in January 2004 and was completed in January 2010
The most exciting fact is that it shows the World's highest New-year display of fireworks which secured the Guinness world record for the largest-ever fireworks display in 2013. Burj khalifa has also the world’s largest LED-ILLUMINATED FAÇADE.
Now I am going to tell another amazing fact about a building’s temperature. The temperatures at the top of the Burj Khalifa are usually about 15 degrees cooler than at the bottom.
If you want to see the sunset two times a day so you must visit Burj khalifa because of its tallest structure you can observe the sunset at the base of the building, then rush to the upper floors and watch the same sunset again for the second time on the same day
There are 57 elevators which are World's fastest and longest travel distance elevators, which travel 10 meters per second and the elevator time to reach the world highest outdoor observation deck on the 124th floor is only 1 minute.
This skyscraper has World's highest restaurant on level 122. The building has 163 floors with 900 apartments, 3004 hotels, and about 35 floors of offices.
World's tallest man-made structure burj khalifa is cleaned 4 times a year. Under normal conditions, it takes 36 workers 3 months to clean the entire exterior which means that they are constantly working on it.
One of the most impressive aspects is that Burj Khalifa can be seen from up to 95km or 60 miles away.
