Epson L3110 Purge Pump Assembly Rolling Lock.

Rolling Lock position cause by unable to Sip or suction ink from PrintHead

1. Useless of Head Cleaning
2. Useless of ink Flashing
3. Unable to Sip/Suction ink

To fix this error watch this video and learned to change the default setting of Rolling level position.
