Beef Tikka Pulao | Meat Pulao Recipe Pakistani | How to make Tikka Pulao |

Here's a delicious recipe for Beef Tikka Pulao:

Ingredients:

For Beef Tikka:

500 grams beef (cut into small pieces)

1 cup yogurt

2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons oil

For Pulao:

2 cups basmati rice (washed and soaked for 30 minutes)

1 large onion (finely sliced)

2 tomatoes (chopped)

2 green chilies (slit)

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2-3 bay leaves

4-5 green cardamoms

4-5 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

4 cups beef stock (or water)

Salt to taste

3 tablespoons oil or ghee

Fresh coriander and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preparing the Beef Tikka:

In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Add beef pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked and tender. Set aside.

Preparing the Pulao:

Heat oil or ghee in a large pot.

Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, and black peppercorns. Sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for another minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.

Add the cooked beef tikka pieces and mix well.

Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Gently stir to combine.

Pour in the beef stock (or water) and add salt to taste.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes).

Once done, fluff the rice with a fork.

Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Serve hot with raita and salad. Enjoy your Beef Tikka Pulao!
