Remote Desktop Connection not working
Remote Desktop Connection not working with Microsoft Account and it says invalid credentials? These three methods can help you solve the issue.
Method 1: Open Command Prompt as Admin. Type the following command and hit the enter key to execute the command. Replace [email protected] with your microsoft email account.
runas /u:MicrosoftAccount\[email protected] winver
Method 2: Advanced system settings - remote - enable allow remote assistance connections to this computer.
Click on Advanced - enable "Allow this computer to be controlled remotely".
Method 3: Open Remote Desktop Connection. Click on show options. Click on Experience tab on the top. Enable "reconnect if the connection is dropped"
Click on Advanced - connect from anywhere - click on settings - select "Automatically detect RD gateway server settings". Click on OK and restart your system to apply the changes.
