Look who's back in the Philly War Room for a new #WatchTalk episode!
In early 2020, Marc from Long Island Watch visited me in Philadelphia to share some of his favorite pieces from his massive collection, and to talk watches and collection goals. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Marc, he's a watch expert, engineering genius, and long time personal friend. Following that last video together, we began monthly remote recordings of a video podcast—style show. In this video we discuss his 3 biggest acquisitions: a stunning vintage Seiko 6139-6000 5 Speedtimer automatic chronograph, a very rare limited-edition Seiko Prospex LT "Sky" Spring Drive GMT (SNR049), and last year's grail goal from 2020—an ultra-luxurious Rolex Daytona in solid white gold (reference 116509). Marc also shares an amazing new way he stores his 100+ piece collection, and why his next watch is destined to be the Rolex Day-Date reference 228206.
