Doubting spouse syndrome. There is a very old quotation in English which says that love does not go down because of distance, it goes away because of doubt. In the current scenario, where everybody has a lot of options in their life. Also each of the spouses is going out in the environment in which there is opportunity, each of us has a choice, each of us has a choice of taking what is easy and then being able to decide that not taking what is not meant to be. Having said that, there are people, there are a lot of adults who come with a baggage from the past and when these people enter into relationships they think that their spouse is not being fair, the spouse is not being loyal to them. I am first going to place this thing on my table with a thumping conviction that a person who doubts is a person with lesser amount of self confidence. If you do not think that the sun holds the earth by the gravitational pull then earth would have fallen long term back. So anybody who has a doubting thought on their spouse, should first examine what are they bringing to the marriage. Is it enough for the spouse to stay satisfied?
