🧐 WHO AM I? I wish I had this channel when I was at Uni and transitioned into working world and next chapter in my life. It would have certainly made things easier for me. So here I am, 10 years later having a go at making videos and sharing content and tools that are centred around personal and career development, psychology, neuroscience hacks that aim to help us work smarter, better and happier. I am a school volunteer, mentor, law graduate and HR professional. I live and work in England. I work full time in a senior HR Business Partner role, I am also a mom to Alexander, married to Tony.
