Zhiyun Smooth Q Issue

I purchased a zhiyun smooth q because I wanted to try out a gimbal, and I figured why not starting off with something small and inexpensive for my smartphone. So far I like it, except for a strange problem I'm having recording with app. My video only records a picture. Watch the video to see what I mean.
