This is a really easy
This is a really easy recipe to make. The key to making good Coconut Meat Patties is to use grated coconut. If cannot find freshly grated coconut, you can use the dried desiccated coconut instead.
Ingredients:
500 gm Minced Beef
100 gm Grated Coconut
5 Cloves Garlic
20 gm Ginger
1 Egg
Spices:
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Salt
