EASY TO MAKE LAMB KOFTA RECIPE, OVEN BAKED. SUITABLE FOR KETO DIET. QUICK AND PERFECT FOR BUSY DAYS. ENJOY IT WITH VEGETABLES OR SALAD. IT TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO MAKE. 8.8g CARBS PER SERVING.

Ingredients:
500 g Minced Lamb
50 g Parsley finely chopped
400 g (4 ) Onions chopped
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb (ground meat), chopped onions, olive oil, parsley and spices: cinnamon, salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together.
Scoop the kofta mix and shape it into small discs in a baking tray.  
Drizzle olive oil over the kofta.
Bake for 10 mins.
Flip over the kofta and return it in the oven for another 10 minutes or until browned.
Serve with vegetables on the side.
