Following the Wind - Johannes Johansson

This is a piece I wrote for SON (an orhcestra here in Sweden) as my final project in high school two years ago.

FINALLLYYYYYYYY! I can finally finally finally share this piece with you, it's a piece I worked for a very loooong time on during my last year in high school. On the school I went to we always have a project on our third year where we do a show with the one and only SON. SON stands for... Norrköpings Symphony Orchestra! NSO doesn't sound that good so they mixed up the order a bit :P

This was such an honor for me to do, and I'll never forget how terrified I was the first time I rehearsed this piece with SON. Just the thought of having so many incredible musicians playing my work was surreal. The fact that I played the piano and just had to not play wrong sure didn't help either haha! But I made it, and this is the result.
