In this video I show you troubleshooting steps of why your Onn. Wireless Keyboard might not be connecting to your laptop or computer. I show you how to remove the USB nano receiver and try it in a different USB port. I show you how to check to make sure the batteries are in the correct direction. I talk about how to try new batteries because the batteries that are in the wireless keyboard may not have enough power to communicate with the wireless USB nano receiver. I also show you how to try to connect the wireless keyboard to your laptop or computer by using the connect button. I hope one of these troubleshooting steps helps you resolve why your Onn. wireless keyboard is not connecting to your laptop or computer. I have other videos on the Onn. Wireless Silent Keyboard.
