Should we abandon Black Excellence?

From Beyonce's work ethic, Taraji P. Henson still having to advocate for equal pay and fair treatment on movie sets, Claudine Gaye's resignation from Havard due to backlash from plagiarism, and Candia-Bailey, the Vice President of Lincoln University of Mousori committing suicide due to emotional abuse received while working at the University for only seven months. It is very evident that Black Excellence is a thing we shouldn't strive for because it is brutal and still abides by harmful capitalistic practices. I discuss that and more in this video!
