In this video, I'm benchmarking the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X vs the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X in 2023 in different games. In my opinion, the Ryzen 5 2600X is a pretty good CPU to game on in 2022. Especially when you can find one for a great price in combination with an AM4 motherboard. In my opinion, you can still use this CPU for a couple more years for standard 1080p(/1440p) gaming. The Ryzen 5 5600X came out in late 2020, it has 6 cores, 12 threads and has a base clock of 3.7GHz and a turbo frequency of 4.6GHz. The R5 5600X has a TDP of 65W and is made with Zen 3 architectur.
