Setting up VSCode & Chrome Console

A beginner's guide to setting up Visual Studio Code with Chrome Console as an IDE for learning JavaScript. We'll use Live Server to update the changes in realtime and allow you to see what's happening in your functions. As you start building websites, this setup will also allow you to preview your changes as you make them, while continuing to inspect and debug.
