Mughalai Chicken Pakora Recipe:
Chicken (Curry Cut) - 500 g
Milk - 500 ml
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 3 nos
Cloves - 3 nos
Bay Leaves - 2 nos
Salt - ½ tsp

Other Ingredients:
Besan - 1 Cup
Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Oil - For Deep Frying
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - ½ tsp

Instructions:
1. In a pan pour milk and add all the garam masalas and bring it to a boil.
2. Add Chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes or until halfway done remove from the milk and set aside.
3. Reduce the milk until it’s half the volume, strain and cool it down completely.
4. Add the reduced milk to besan and add all the other ingredients for the batter
5. Whisk into a smooth batter, dunk the chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
6. Garnish with Chaat masala and serve hot
