If you're trying to come up with a practice plan for your next baseball practice, here is a sample practice plan with a few ideas for drills, stations, and how to plan a baseball practice.  Some of you may have time restrictions, but in this video I offer suggestions for a three hour practice seeing as that is long enough to get everything in that you'll need to if it's run efficiently.

Here is my sample practice plan for baseball:

1:24  Meeting/Explain Practice Plan
1:35  Warm up/stretch/throw
1:49  Individual Work
2:35  Team Defense
3:28  Batting Practice
4:41  Conditioning
5:00  Team Meeting/Field Maintenance

So, that's my sample practice plan for baseball practice.  Obviously you can switch it up and organize it however you want.  But those were just some ideas.
