There are 2 ways of cooking big sago using "soaking" method. The 1st way is soaking for 6 hours, you will need to heat up the water a few times during these periods to fasten the process. The 2nd way is soaking for 12 hours or overnight, then reboil the water the next morning and continue soaking for 2-3 hours.
