Kenya Data Protection Regulations 2021, Discussion with CS Joe Mucheru, & Data Commissioner Kassait

The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in partnership with the Lawyers Hub discussed the draft Data Protection regulations on Monday 19th April at 2pm, Nairobi. The Public Policy discussion on the 3 sets of regulations which seek to safeguard the processing of personal data, provide for the rights of data subjects and the obligations of data controllers and processors.
