CM Shredders SOLO series are
CM Shredders SOLO series are single shaft grinding shredders designed to provide a consistent and exact finished particle size for a wide range of applications and materials such as plastics, paper, cardboard, textiles, carpets, wood, aluminum, and copper cables.
Technologies – CM SOLO shredders feature CM’s world renowned shredding technology along with replaceable sizing screens and a ”Smart-Ram” system that automatically adjusts ram pressure for maximum throughput, longer tooling life and less downtime.
Designed for less power usage, minimal dust and reduced manpower requirements the SOLO series single shaft shredders feature low noise, low RPM, and low cost wearable parts making the machines a very efficient option for creating small particle sizes.
Screening – CM Heavy duty replaceable sizing screens are available in many sizes and can be quickly changed out.
Knife Technologies – Four-way reversible tool steel cutting knifes can be rotated 4 times to lower operating costs.
